Rhett C. Bruno and Jamie Castle work with the story on three different levels, first it is about the warrior Torsten who was once an inferior being. Torsten’s main aim has been to get rid of the evil that roams over the Glass Kingdom. For this purpose he prepares his army to end Drad Mak for the final time, only this time no mercy would be shown to anyone. After this war situation between the two groups the story moves to the couple who are in search of one in another since Will of Fire and Way of Gods.
Sora went in search of Whitney and lost herself to Nesilia, now Whitney wants her back in her body. Kazimir a trusted friend of Whitney knows the ritual that can bring back of the girl but during the performance Whitney too can lose his life. Even after knowing the difficulties of the ritual the man who was once a thief by profession prepares himself to complete the uphill task for the sake of friendship and perhaps more.
Between all of this there are other issues of great importance that are going on. Mahraveh gets stronger after winning a significant battle and now she shows her intentions to battle against the men who have arrested her father.
Luke Daniels provides equal time to the male and female characters; the narrator has been awesome with the warriors but a little less effective with feelings. The two authors are coming close to the end of the series and that’s why the things are becoming more intense after each part of the series for everyone.
