The humans have been thrown into a pit that they have named planet Anyar.Yosef Kolsko is the only hope for everyone and he is trying to find some allies that can support the cause.
The enemies have tried to get rid of Yozef on a number of occasions and he was lucky enough to survive. Now he is ready to teach the enemy a lesson with some help from Mark Kaldwel who is also an expert in the field of science.
Yozef was never ready for such critical roles in life, he was thinking of living an innocent and peaceful life at the beginning and then action and thrill were infused in his life. Olan Thorensen is not the kind of writer who will surprise you at once rather he continues to take the story up the top slowly.
Cast Under an Alien Sun and The Pen and the Sword possess this slow and steady style which makes the listener wait for the real turning point. Jonathan Davis had to narrate the razor blade turns and twists for this eight episode and he was ready like always for this one. Yozef has suffered a lot and he has a lot of surprises for the enemy in this part so keep an eye on the main character because he has some plans of his own.
