Cade was called by the president of the United States for some help on the war front, being an ex-member of the Delta force saying no way, not in his dictionary. Whenever the need has aroused Cade has been there for his country and the men who once fought alongside him in many deadly battles. The last battle like many others succeeded but the return to rural Utah was not pleasant for the soldier. Nothing was the same in the compound and in his absence, a lot has happened which cannot be changed now.
Trying to keep himself busy, Cade starts his daughter’s training once again. Training is not a new thing, both husband and wife have been training Raven in In Harm’s Way and A Pound of Flesh. This time however Cade starts this activity to keep his mindless occupied by the thoughts that don’t allow him to rest. Another attack soon hits the compound and the hiding place of the survivors is now known to the enemy. Among the survivors, some have doubts in their minds.
They think that someone within the survivors is a black sheep who is secretly linked to the enemy. The thing can be true but if it is proved they would be in much greater danger than they expected. Shawn Chesser paints conspiracy in the part narrated once again by Adam Paul.
Survivors show distrust on each other which means that soon violence within the compound can be seen which will end it for the enemy much easily. Cade is forced to act fast so that he can catch the culprit before he transfers the information to the enemy.
