Beautifully narrated by Anne Lee this story captures the mind of the readers because of its well-woven events and the scenario created by the mysterious moments. The story takes the life events of the character Polly who has been in a dilemma where Polly wants to be in her present but there is a continuous and prevailing view of the place that was there around 3000 years ago.
Polly sees men who have spears coming from misty mountains and they only are thirsty for Human blood. Polly wants to come out of it but there is a long journey that needs to be completed before it ends. This story keeps the mystery that is there when traveling through the time lapse described in the story A Wrinkle in Time, A Swiftly Tilting Planet and A Wind in the Door which keeps the reader’s spirit high above the expected outcome and makes it even more interesting to listen to it till it ends.
