The Forever War is the best known work of the author which the audience still cherish. Apart from this, the author won science fiction awards for his Forever Peace novel, which includes Nebula and Hugo Award.

The audio narration of the book is done by Peter Berkrot. The performance was compromised to some level. The narrator ended majority of his sentences at commas and along with the downward inflection, while the second part of that same sentence comes like an afterthought.

    Forever Free

Forever Free is a story about war. It is more about peace and the price at which freedom comes. This title will reintroduce its followers to William Mandella. He was the one living a peaceful life on the Middle Finger planet. The planet was believed to be a great refuge for those people who simply refuse the idea of becoming any part of the group mind that was known as man.

But, after several decades of that peace, William Mandell along with others got tired of living their life just like the animals in a zoo. Therefore, the stole a starship and set off on a voyage which would change their understanding of the entire universe forever. Moreover, it would also change their understanding about themselves as well.

Joe is a fantastic writer in science fiction along with great knowledge and skills in physics. He will impress you with his usual best in this novel. The narrator was slightly jarring but the content is so strong that you could easily overlook those flaws in the vocal performance.
