I Know You Know

I Know You Know is a novel written by Gilly Macmillan. It is a mystery thriller for which the author is widely known for. Excellent suspense is the unique selling point of this novel and you will absolutely adore it. The narration of this novel is a team effort between Steve Brand, Imogen Church and Steve West, which turned out to be a really good performance altogether.

The 11 year old Charlie Paige along with Scott Ash got murdered in Bristol. This happened 20 years ago and their bodies by the killers were dumped somewhere near a dog racing track. A man under the suspect of killing them was convicted, but many questions linger decades later about that case.

Cody Swift, the filmmaker for his entire life has been haunted with the tragic killings of his closest childhood friends. The loose ends in this case and with the police investigation took a lot from Cody so much so that he decided to go back to Bristol and find answers for all the mysteries that are still unanswered. He was looking to uncover some new clue or evidence regarding that murder and also to encourage all those, who may be hiding some long buried secrets to speak up finally. Cody Swift started a podcast in order to record all his findings associated with the case. However, a lot of people associated were those who didn’t wanted this case to progress and reopen the old wounds, which definitely still hurts.

The author Gilly Macmillan has written a number of mystery thrillers and out of those, Odd Child Out and What She Knew are the best of all those.
