One such good title from the author is The Last Thing He Told Me. Moreover, Eight Hundred Grapes is her critically acclaimed novel and you must not miss out listening to that one.
Rebecca Lowman narrated this book. She showed great energy in her performance and you will love this experience of audiobook a lot.
Emmy was heading back home to New York but reluctantly. She was going there for the wedding of her brother, Josh. She was not interested at all in answering the questions that she was sure about facing regarding her ex-fiancée. The other troubling questions for her were about her career choices and her future. But, she was shocked when her brother confessed that he was having some serious doubts about his upcoming marriage. He asked Emmy for help and how to handle the situation.
There were 72 hours left in the wedding and Emmy then embarked on a road trip along with Josh to help him find the whereabouts of a mystery woman. That trip was made to answer a few critical and overdue questions about who he liked and want to spend his whole life with. It wasn’t a trip to facilitate Josh only with the answers to his questions, but Emmy also found a few undeniable truths about herself and what she want to have out of her life.
The story of London Is the Best City in America is very compelling and the characters are alluring too. And, nobody has ever narrated Laura Dave’s novels better than Rebecca Lowman. So, you will have a great time with this novel in audio.
