Jordan Buchanan has helped many people during her career but this time she is not perfectly fit. Jordan is going through an operation and she needs some time out. Going to Jordan was the right kind of idea for her but Jordan is in hospital. So she goes to her brother Dylan and things get complicated between the two in just a single night.
Dylan gets a call from his sister who shows concern about Kate. When Dylan tries to help the lonely woman he gets shocked to notice that she is in a lot of trouble and no one can handle such things on their own. Julie Garwood never got tried in her profession even after creating Grace Under Fire and Hotshot which possesses most of her creative genius. The mission which the author has given to Dylan is tough by all means but it becomes personal in the later stages when he falls for the woman in distress. Joyce Bean never breaks the heart of the audience and the narrator has put up a really great show in this portion of the series.
