James Patterson and Shan Serafin write another murder mystery in combo with the use of their full skills and talent. We have seen the brilliance of the two authors in the books Deadly Cross and The Summer House. Thus together they form an even better one in the shape of this book. After the introduction of the characters and the scenes, the fans witness the dead body of the only hotshot in the story i.e the rich stockbroker. The stockbroker was not only rich but he was also a perfect lady killer i.e impressing every girl who came in his path. But now he was a dead body that can’t even tell the name of the criminal who committed the crime.

    Three Women Disappear

The police came to the scene quickly and started the investigation with three women as the prime suspects. Stockbroker’s chef and the housekeeper were taking care of him these days as he had divorced his wife due to some personal reasons. But the problem for the police was that all three women have also disappeared right after the crime was committed. There could be a chance that the women are the criminals or perhaps the criminal has also eradicated them to remove the evidence.

It’s highly thrilling stuff which Chloe Cannon, Aida Reluzco, Christie Moreau, Joshua Kane, and Susannah Jones narrates. Mystery decorates every step of the novel and it just keeps on becoming more and more intense in action. Finding the killer, in the end, becomes quite serious because everyone attached to the stockbroker comes under the radar of the police and the murderer. Not much killing but the unfolding of the scenes keeps the listener busy all the way.
