Lost Valley is a post-apocalyptic science fiction fantasy novel. It is a product of Walt Browning, who wrote it with immense care and affection. The book is part 1 of the Extinction Survival novel series.
Bronson Pinchot did the honors of narrating this novel and it turned out to be a pleasant affair for the audiobook lover. As per the feedback and reviews, the performance with some great expression and emotion was phenomenal.
The story in this science fiction novel is of Shrek and John Eric Carver. Shrek is a retired Navy Seal dog and is living his retired life now in the wilderness of San Diego. Both the dog and the man thought that their lives were completely settled now. They were able to find peace and their happiness on the vast 40-acre ranch to which they have moved to. But, the mutated virus and life had completely changed that.
They are now fighting for survival in a worldwide pandemic. They took refuge in a Boy Scout camp nearby and John is leading a groups of teenagers and their parents. They are pushed beyond a point in order to deal with all the infected creatures, which very rapidly and quickly were consuming the entire world.
The story in this novel is quite sound and amazing. The audience familiar with the author were quite surprised as he was able to take thin novel to an altogether different level with his amazing writing. If you are looking for an exciting new apocalypse novel series, then this one is definitely for you. You will be thoroughly entertained with the characters, particularly the dog, who was just so adorable.
Will both John and Shrek able to fight out and survive yet another war? Or, will this now be the end for the SEAL team once and forever?
