An old saying in Greek mythology “Fate is over which god Zeus has no control” becomes true for the Vikings of Ireland. Though they try hard and fight with their heart and soul but still they cannot run away from the future that is written on the wall. They don’t have the protection of the Vik-lo Empire because they are far away from their homeland. Now they know that it was because of the evil planning of their enemies but it’s too late.
They have no ally on this part of the planet and they are surrounded from all side by their enemies that really mean business this time. The number of men is decreasing after every fight and they are left with barely enough men to enter the battlefield now. The men cannot even make the ships sail fast because they are not enough in number running away is a nice option that Thorgrim denies at every step. In The Lord of Vik-Lo and Fin Gall – A Novel of Viking Age Ireland we have witnessed the stubbornness in the man for whom running away is never an option.
He still tries to avenge the death of his friends and want to slaughter the enemy who were the cause of destruction of his crew. Thorgrim brings new allies to the game for a final fight that could result in the end of his whole army.
James L. Nelson is finally coming to the finale of the saga and looks like we will see a terrible battle at the end. It is clear from the voice of Shaun Grindell that the writer wants to make things appear tougher for the night wolf.
