The Dark Half By Stephen King
The dark half is a horror novel by Stephen King that describes the horrifying feeling of an author named Thad Beaumont who is a recovering alcoholic and most of his novels are not much popular and not so good. Whereas the writer who writes under the different pen name called George Starks works in an excellent manner giving the readers the best of suspense and story writing.
The dark half actually gives the most terrible imaginative actions of the writer who suddenly finds out that stark has some characteristics similar to his and has some connection between them.
The whole horror and suspense story develops with all the double personality aspects one could never figure out easily. The dual nature of these personalities gives rise to the dilemma and terror terrifying facts about the person. The reader might think twice about which of the person is overtaking the traits from the other one.
In this whole story, the author keeps on finding the dark half which is not so good and has some uncommon personality traits that would affect his writings and daily life as well.
The end of the novel gives a doubtful feeling from the wife of the author who is also double minded because of the personal dilemma and is not sure if the relationship will continue or not. The story brings the readers into its complex horror setup and makes sure to engage the imaginations in a very creative manner like we experienced in Sleeping Beauties, the dead zone, and needful things.
