Sam of Wilds was an ordinary boy, living in the human world among the humans who never knew that he had magical powers. His powers were revealed when he turned some stupid guys into stone. Later he was summoned to a world which just existed in fictional books for him.
Now he has become a permanent member of this new world and has found love in the form of Knight Ryan. Life now goes exactly as Sam planned in the past thus everything looks well under control. During this time Sam has faced severe circumstances too as he has been abducted by his enemies on several occasions but managing all of this was not that much difficult.
Kevin the dragon is still not friendly with anybody and he is hard to keep up with if you want to make him your friend. Dragons prove to be a tough task to deal with and when Sam’s grandmother tells about prophecy related to the dragons it appears to be another dead end for him.
The issue of the king and the prince is side-lined with this new problem that arises. Sam has to gather the five dragons if he has to confront the evil which is coming to the land.
Gathering the five dragons is difficult and then keeping them together is an even bigger issue. The House in the Cerulean Sea and Under the Whispering Door could easily be the next choice for the audience if they like this story.
T.J. Klune tries to convert every novel into a masterpiece through the help of his masterstrokes. Michael Lesley has blended the narration quite well with the novel and it was not the first time for the narrator to narrate any of Klune’s works.
