A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire

| | ,

A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire is the second chapter in the Blood and Ash novel series. It is a romance fantasy novel which is written by Jennifer L. Armentrout. She is the bestselling author of multiple romance novels in the New York Times. If There’s No Tomorrow and The Two War of Two Queens are two of her most loved novels.

The narration of the book is done by Stina Nielsen. She has a very fresh and alluring voice which was also the need of this story. You will love her performance as she made this novel such a pleasant experience for the audience.

Everything that Poppy believed was a lie. That also included the person with whom she fell in love. She hardly knew who she was without having her earlier shroud of Maiden.

One thing that she knew very well was that nothing in this world is more dangerous than The Dark One. He was the charming Prince of Atlantia. He wanted Poppy to fight him and that was one thing that she was more than happy to say yes to. The prince might have taken Poppy but he would never have her at all.

Casteel was given a lot of names and he had many different faces as well. His lies used to be very seductive and his truths were as close as his bite. He wanted to have Poppy alive and healthy so that he could achieve his goals.

The book has a very exciting storyline but it comes with way too much sex which somehow compressed the main content of this book. The narrator gave a 5-star kind of performance.
