They want to get rich at the same time this time they have no intension to harm anyone rather they want to help people who are troubled by their increase of weight.

Guy Noir and the Straight Skinny

Both Guy and his girlfriend invent a method of weight loss but still problems or the problematic people follow them wherever they go and their life remains a constant hell as it was in the past. The first person that gives him a threat is a gangster named Joey Roast Beef who wants to know the secret between Guy and Naomi the stripper who had now changed into a professor in women’s study.

After that we are introduced to a series of characters like Gene Wiliker, Sugar O’ Toole and Scarlett Anderson, all of these characters want the same thing the secret way to get smart or lose their weight in no time, not because they want to get smart but they all want to earn money by selling the weight loss method to the people.

The story is written mostly in a humorous way as the issue is not a threatening one especially for the local masses but still there is hint of action in tense situations but no drastic violence takes place throughout.
