So many times, it happens that a person tries to find something new in literature for fun or leisure time but fails to find the right option. There are many options available today, but finding the right thing can create a fuss because one cannot judge the book by its cover only. This is where Travis Beacham’s works come into play because they guarantee something which we want, i.e. fun for everyone.

This is not a single book; rather, it is an entire series that will move toward Impact Winter Season 2 in the later section of the game. There is an entire list of narrators who have narrated this book because a single voice might not be able to handle it perfectly. There are so many characters, and every character possesses a personality.

This one comes with many surprises, and remember that in this series, the human race is on the verge of extinction. There is a lot of stuff that is going on here and there. The zombie virus has contaminated everything, and the last survivors have forged a band together as they hope to fight back or protect the human race for the winter. If they collapse, then not only will the war be over, but along with it, the hope for humanity will disappear forever.

    Impact Winter

This is something no one wants, especially Darcy, who has been hunting vampires for such a long time that she feels that he knows nothing else. She used to have love in her heart, which forced her to work for humankind, but the hate for the vampires has taken over now, and she wants to kill them as much as possible. The castle is the last resort here for the survivors and Darcy. She knows that if she can keep her men and the rest of the masses safe in the castle, that is everything for now. Still, staying there forever is not an option because the sun has been blotted permanently, and the winter has shortened all the food supplies. A way must be found to bring back the sun so that the plague creating the vampires can end and the human race can thrive in the world once more.

It is more like Armageddon that we are dealing with here, and it seems that the human race will lose the battle this time if the sun is not lit up in time. Darcy is well aware that the weather is getting colder every day, which may cause further damage. In the beginning, we see aggression in Darcy, but as the novel continues, we feel that she has started to crumble from the inside as she sees her friends dying or turning into filthy vampires because of the deadly virus.

This series is a must-listen because it motivates us from the inside and gives us a picture of human resilience. It tells us what lengths humans can go to survive the deadly blow of the apocalypse. The scenes the author portrays are great, and the details are presented in such a way that it seems that the author is seeing the entire thing with his own eyes because he has seen it happening in the past somewhere. The path for the next episode is paved, and remember that it would be more delightful only if you finish this one first. Such novels or series can be enjoyed only when the listener gets into a special trance where he can feel the momentum.
