The Pilgrims of Rayne is the eighth chapter in the Pendragon novel series. It is a science fiction and fantasy title which is authored by D. J. MacHale. If you like science fiction then MacHale is a good author for you. You will find him at his best in The Merchant of Death novel. Another book where the author did a great job with his pen is The Lost City of Faar.

The audio narration of The Pilgrims of Rayne is done by William Dufris. He stunned the followers of this book with such a genuine and beautiful performance. This is probably the best performance of the narrator in the entire series.

When Bobby arrived in Ibara, the tropical world then he found paradise. He worked ahead to uncover different clues regarding the turning point which that peaceful place would come across very soon. All that he could figure out was that the inhabitants of Ibara were quite happy. It didn’t take long for Bobby to discover that they were ignorant about the apparent peace or happiness there.

The Pilgrims of Rayne

Many of the different leaders of the territory were keeping a big secret from their people. It was a secret that may provide Saint Dane with all the opportunities that he required for initiating his ultimate attack on Halla. Bobby struggled a lot to learn about the timely truth to frustrate Saint Dane. Courtney on the other side was in a desperate search for Mark. But, mark disappeared due to a shocking tragedy.

The story in this chapter took that turn where you will feel that the beginning of the end is near. It will be a fantastic experience for the listeners who will be captivated by the amazing performance by Dufris.
