This was however just the one side of the thing, the other side proved to be a dark one. Criminals who have been in the hiding for decades came out of their pit in Veronica Mars: The Thousand-Dollar Tan Line against Veronica. After landing in the pit of troubles Veronica evolved as a true professional detective who keeps all eyes and ears open. The second mission is even deadlier but she is ready to take on the enemies not just for the sake of fame but also because this is the demand of her profession.
Another woman happens to need Veronica in Neptune Grand this time. The hotel is a famous one in the whole town and is usually visited by the people of the upper class. Scandals are part of the daily routine for the members but this scandal goes beyond limits. A woman who gets severe injuries claim that it was one of the staff members who did that to her.
The owner of the place wants the case solved in a jiffy because this could damage the repute of the place forever. Also, there is a possibility that the woman is lying and she came to the hotel for defaming the place.
Rob Thomas and Jennifer Graham make the case more mysterious for Veronica this time, the previous one was dangerous but this one is complicated as it has man strings. Rats Saw God was nowhere near it in terms of mystery; the rest of the things including Rebecca Lowman’s narration are just the same. The ending revealed the mystery man but in the last scenes.
