A Game of Thrones – TokyBook

A Game of Thrones is the first book of A Song of Ice and Fire novel series. It is a high fantasy fiction novel which is written by George R.R. Martin. He is an American author, short story writer, screenwriter, and TV producer. He is widely known as the author of his classic A Song of Ice and Fire series.

This was adapted into an award-winning TV series, Game of Thrones. A Feast for Crows is arguably his second-best novel after the subject title, and it is part of the same series as well. After that, you will also love his work in A Dance with the Dragons novel.

The audio narration of A Game of Thrones novel is done by Roy Dotrice. His inflection was really good and you will find him to be the master of accents and voices. The performance was particularly very strong for the male characters, while for females, it wasn’t bad either.

A Game of Thrones

The summers could well span many decades while winters could last for a lifetime. The Iron Throne struggle had finally begun. It will stretch far and wide starting from the south where heat was known to breed plot along with intrigues and lusts. It stretches to the other extreme of the savage and vast eastern lands to the frozen north.

That was the place with a wall of ice spanning 800 feet to protect the kingdom from all of the dark forces. Now the Game of Thrones will be played by all the kings, queens, renegades knights, lords, liars, and honest men.

A Game of Thrones is an exceptional audiobook for all listeners who love fiction and fantasy.  The story got to the expectations of the listeners and the hype it created especially after HBO picked it up for one of their most expensive series. The diverse range of voices of Dotrice gave life to the characters like no other.

    1. What happened to the woman who narrated the game of thrones. I can’t listen to Roy. I need her. My brain won’t vibe with Roy. I forget her name but I stopped listened years ago because I was waiting for you guys to get her to finish the test of the books. Do you still have h any of her work?
