They both found the buzzard emaciated dead body of a young drifter, Majesty Tate with a blank past. They comb Oklahoma’s river bottoms, rock prairie and the tiny towns of place in order to find any traces of her last few days. There wasn’t much pleasing things to be found initially, but some clues started to surface up later on.
Tate was found dancing with a violent meth dealer who was just out of prison. He was known by the name of Austin Love. A clerk from the Oklahoma City motel links her with a buddying politician.
Greasy Bend is another book by Kris Lackey, which is also the 2nd chapter of this series. It is a mystery thriller with amazing story and excellent performance in the audio book format with the narration.
