Party Girl: The Girls, Book 1
The story is a true picture of Rachel Hollis life when she at the start of her career started to work as an event planner. Though she has added a bit of romantic tale with it to make the story more heart touching. Still most of the jobs that Landon Brinkley pulls of are from the real life of the author.
She folds the story of a business struggle in the romance of LA, and thus the main motive is just business, romance is of secondary importance in this tale. Such tools can be seen in Girl, Stop Apologizing (Audible Exclusive Edition) and Girl, Wash Your Face too where once again the author tries to motivate the girls. This story begins when the main character starts her new job with the top most event planner in LA.
In this way she gets too luxuries first one of course is to get into the field in a better was as she started her work with the best. Secondly she gets time to be with the man of her dreams and life becomes quite beautiful for her within no time.
She thought that everything would go smooth like always but then the bitter realities strike her really hard. She starts doing things that she never expected from herself in order to keep her and her company in the top list. In the competitive atmosphere sometime you have to adopt the wrong means to get the right thing done. The novel is also a nice message to the girls too who want to rise in the business world. The author seems to be giving the message that end justifies means and we can observe this passion in her voice too.
