This is book one of the series which means that the journey will become more interesting in the next parts as the first part promises great action head as the hitchhikers continue their journey in the galaxy meeting different friend every time not only with different faces but with different customs and behaviors as well.
Arthur Dent starts the intergalactic journey with his friend Ford Prefect who saves him before the planet Earth is destroyed completely leaving nothing behind and the human race finally became extinct. Ford Perfect was originally the one who was working on the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy and now it was the time for him to start the space journey with his friend to discover more about the universe.
After some time they start adding new friends like Zaphod, his girlfriend and a robot from another zone. The story goes so well knit that we don’t feel a bit awed when we are told that a two-headed monster with three arms has joined the crew. The sci-fiction is a sure thriller once the reader starts the space journey he is bound to enjoy. There is humor too as the main item which we should have on the space journey is a towel.
There are characters like Veet who are always nervous on different issues like the missing ballpoints and all that stuff. Douglas Adams has made the space journey colorful with his new invented characters and they are brought to life by the narration of Stephen fry which makes the book more appealing, thrilling, full of action and interesting at the same time.
The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency and Life, the Universe, and Everything are other great books that anyone would be enjoying.

Come on if you don’t or cannot appreciate this on at least some level , then I am forced to consider that you or said person cannot enjoy anything either because of a closed non curious intellect that questions nothing at all around themselves,either that or one must conclude that you are dead ,ie the absence of a life force and consciousness contained with the said specific physical carbon based life form,ok beings none well guy’s check it out
