The Lord of the Rings, Book 0.5

J.R.R Tolkien again in the form of this book has brought the curse tales back in business. The tradition is kept the same as introducing new creatures every now and then and defining and refining the character of Hobbit who is with a name this time Bilbo Baggins. He is a hobbit with a cool, calm and placid life.

He likes nothing more than living in his small little hole in the grounding and enjoying the peaceful nature all the time. Winter and summer are equally pleasant for him. The one day Bilbo meets the dwarves who are in chase of giant spiders and other such deadly things. Bilbo gets greedy when he hears about strange lands and strange things and finally joins the party.

As the hobbit was basically of a relax nature he soon loses interest in the whole adventure and wants his peaceful life back. He misses his old home and his relax life without any threat to his life. But the escape from the quest is far more difficult than the entrance he has certain horrors now chasing him everywhere and one of those horrors is a dragon named Smaug who lives in a treasure dome waiting for his prey to come to him instead of searching for it.

Later the hobbit is told that the dragon is also in possession of something that is quite unique and is desperately desired by many creatures living on the land, but again this special thing is with a special curse as well. Rob Inglis continues to delight the listener with his voice even in this fantasy as well.

Same like in the other books of the series that include The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King you can enjoy lots of events and characters that are out of this world.
