In this chapter, you will find Bobby Pendragon continuing with all his struggle between good and evil. He shifted his focus towards the territory of Zadaa so he could find the evil of Saint Dane there. The influence of the evil Saint Dane fueled the fire of displeasure between a couple of warring tribes. Those were Batu and Rokador tribes. That was also the territory where the Traveler lived as part of the Batu tribe. She and Bobby together must look ahead to thwart the efforts of Saint Dane. That was meant to destroy the entire territory of Zadaa.
But just as Bobby followed Saint Dane, he started to alter himself. He was not a flip kid anymore who was chasing excitement. He was a young guy starting to experience this quest as a lot more than just a few adventures.
