How could I not be grateful to the author for reminding the Corporate world that their Human Capital is and remains the best investment to make in.

I have listened to several books on self-control, and this is by far my favorite. it included lots of social science research and critically analyzed experiments. the only reason I gave it four stars is that I wish it had finished with a final chapter on concrete ideas for employing these emotions in everyday life. Also, I wish that it had gone into more depth about how to foster gratitude instead of people feeling like they owe you something.
