Finding Grace is a psychological thriller that is beautifully authored by K. L. Slater. She is the bestselling British author of suspense and mystery thriller novels. If this is what you want then she has some really exciting books to offer and one of them is the Missing novel. Another novel of her that promises the same level of enjoyment is The Silent One.
Lucy Price-Lewis stunned one and all with her stunning audio performance. Listeners want her to continue narrating such novels as her accent and tonal quality are superb.
Lucie and Blake after the ninth birthday of their daughter, Grace agreed to make a 4-minute walk back home all alone from the house of a friend. They joked with their friends about hiding behind the trees to ensure that Grace is safe. But that joke got ugly when Grace just doesn’t appear at all.
Despite making the very best efforts by both the local community and the police, Grace couldn’t be recovered. Hope started to fade fast and then Lucie realized that she could rely on Blake to support her well through the tough time. But that was all until the day when she made a startling discovery that was within Blake’s desk. She all of a sudden started to doubt almost everything that she knew about Blake.
But Lucie was also harboring a huge secret at her end. It was something that she has never shared with anyone, including Blake…
The first half was quite dragged and there was not so much story there but then it picked up the pace and got better. Overall, Finding Grace is a good book.
