The tenth one in the series by Shayne Silvers still has the same spark in it as was present in the first one. In this chapter the need of the fifth horseman finally emerges as the hell has fallen upon the human world after the escape of King Arthur’s son from hell who not only wants his throne back but also the execution of the plan that he possesses in his mind, a plan that he created in the dark cell of hell before his escape.
The story moves at a rapid pace and does not become dull or slow even for a moment. Mordred wants the round table and his father’s sword once again for his plan and this time he too has become more powerful than ever after his escape from hell because of Nate who feels quite horrified on the ill-doing. There are also nine souls who have escaped from hell with the prince and the situation is quite horrifying indeed with nothing to lose.
The story is wonderfully knit with the movement from present to past and from past to present in the form of flashbacks. The secrets open one after the other which keeps the reader hunting for new twists all the time. Nate this time is in a trouble from which he cannot survive alone he needs the help of the fifth horseman at any rate whether he likes it or not.
A race against time situation is wonderfully narrated by Joel Richards in a high pitch and the narrator has kept such a tone that has infused a haste element in the story which was needed in such a situation. The Temple Chronicles (1-9) – Shayne Silvers, Dragon’s Gift Universe (0.5 – 25) – Linsey Hall and Feathers and Fire Series (1-3) – Shayne Silvers are also perfect series of stories that anyone can enjoy in the spare time.
