John Gwynne has been successful so far in controlling all the characters of the series. The author has kept a marvelous balance between all the heroes and the villains. Malice and Valor showed everyone that in which direction the story was going but the end is still not very close so anything can change with the passage of time. Damian Lynch also has full control on the narration now so there is no need to worry about that thing anymore.
There has been a talk about the seven treasures since the series has started and so far three of those treasures have been found.
