Craig Alanson made the human race suffer in the initial portion of the series and then the humans were given hope in the form of a team that starts fighting against the odds. The team of soldiers fought against all kinds of invaders in an awesome way and they made the enemy tremble.
The aliens were defeated and the earth and other human colonies were saved. All of this was possible because of the human soldiers but they have a secret too. They were actually helped by an alien named Al whom they have nicknamed Skippy. The alien possesses the power to see the future so he can tell about every attack before time and his friends are able to take precautionary measures accordingly.
Every attack has been stopped before time and no life is lost in any of the fights. Al’s superpowers have saved the day on all occasions but this time he has met his match. For a very long time, Al has not confronted someone with equal powers and that was the basic edge that he had. Now the enemy is equal in power which means that he too can anticipate every move of the human soldiers.
The battle is on and winning the game might not be very easy on this occasion. Convergence and SpecOps proved that the humans were not superior rather they were lucky that they survived. This time they need that same amount of luck one more time to survive and save their colony. R.C. Bray makes the audience enjoy every inch of the magnificent tale as the narration done by him is awesome.
