Much needed motivation is provided by this book to those who feel that they have remained low achievers in their lives. As a motivational author Napoleon Hill not just write about his own thoughts and methodologies to grow rich but he provides the listeners examples of the successful people. Author conveys the message that reaching to a goal is not much difficult, thing that stops us from achieving is our lack of focus. We tend to busy ourselves in other things and lose focus because we think that we don’t possess the ability to gain what we dream of. Thirteen steps present in the book are so complete that these can turn any low achiever a successful businessman.

Napoleon did not write the book without research, he during a span of twenty years interviewed approximately five hundred successful men to extract this. Names which one finds in the book are ample to impress anyone and make him or her believe that the philosophy actually works. Napoleon Hill’s Outwitting the Devil was perhaps a better book than this according to some listeners but if we compare deeply this one is more useful for the general public. Positive energy and a hope to live according to our dreams is what this book preaches us.
