This is the book 1 from the series of Judy Moody written by Megan McDonald and narrated by Barbara Rosenblat that describes the mood shifts of Judy who is going in his grade II with a bad mood and she has to struggle with all the scenarios to which she is being drifted by her classmates, her brother Stink and her bestie friend Rocky as well as the one who is actually the ‘pest’ friend named Frank.
No doubt we have to go through and manage our mood shifts as we manage or try to go through the daily tasks and struggle to find out ways that we can beat rivals compete with classmates and try to overcome the sibling pressure and make use of the support we can get from around us.
Judy Moody has to cope with her bad mood as she is going on the first day in her class 3 and she starts to get involved in the Me collage assigned by the teacher that sets here mood up for making something attractive, different and really creative instead of keeping on with her angry mood.
The story reflects the moods we have and the way we manage our bad moods by distracting our attention and finding incentives that bring positive change in our mood conditions. Judy makes sure to set her mood for making things that will prove the best and will her feel happy and satisfied after taking over her bad mood she started with at the start of the day.
After this Book 1 that revolves around Judy’s mood on the first day of her class 3, the other books in the series like Judy Moody Gets Famous (Book 2) and Judy Moody Saves the World! (Book 3) take into account all the different moods and how Judy conquers the events by changing her moods in the best way.
