This series clearly has been created by a great mind. Bringing together concepts of cultivation by DAO or by life or death and then combining them into a very complex story line that extends over 12 books, thousands of pages, surprising introductions of key players from the past the present the future and you have a great series of novel length books. Best be prepared to learn new things and new ways of seeing the universe, or Metaverse. It is mind boggling.
Huge fan of this series, been following TheFirstDefier on Patreon for more than a year now just to stay up to date with the most recent chapters. Honestly can’t recommend it enough, and would happily shill for others to check out his Patreon. I initially planned to pay for a month and catch up on all the chapters up to current releases, but I’ve been subbed for more than a year now with no regrets. Cheap price to support a fun series and an author who basically puts out new content on an insane 3ch/week schedule.
